Tokyo Street Hockey Association is pleased to announce that the 10th annual Yamato Cup ball hockey tournament will be held on Saturday, October 8th, 2016 at the Misconduct Hockey Rink in Saitama, Japan. This time we are expecting 4 teams to compete for the Golden Godzilla and teams will be selected by draft.

Other: Round robin; 4-on-4; indoors; regular boards/glass; minimum of 4 games per team; Open to players of all skill levels
TSHA 20th Anniversary Party
Date: Sunday, March 20th
Location: Good Heavens British Bar
Getting There: 5 minute walk from Shimokitazawa Station on the Inokashira Line or the Odakyu Line
Cost: 2,000 yen per person (pay at the door)
Includes: One free drink, a buffet dinner and a TSHA 20th Anniversary souvenir. Buffet opens from 21:00

How to Sign Up
The deadline for signing up for the draft is midnight on Friday, September 16th. The tournament entry fee of 7,000 yen per player must be paid by midnight on Wednesday, September 28th.
Early Bird Discount
For players who make payment in full by midnight September 16th, the tournament fee will be discounted to 5,500 yen
Players who sign up late may not be able to be accommodated. If you believe you have a special situation, please email YamatoCupJapan@gmail.com to discuss.
The tournament fee includes bottled water, soft drinks, fruit, a participation award and prizes. The tournament fee does not include lunch or the after party. There is a 7-11 store a short walk away.

• Player name, telephone number and preferred email
• Player preferred position (Forward, Defense, Goal)
• Player experience level (beginner, intermediate, experienced)
Upon receipt of your email, you will receive a confirmation containing the bank account information for the tournament entry fee payment. After paying the entry fee, please send a second email notifying us of payment. You will receive confirmation upon receipt of payment. Tournament fees are not refundable.
